Items should be unused and returned in their original packing within 7 days after delivery.

What is Fully Garage Exchange Policy?

You can send your received product back to us within 7 days of the delivery. On the other hand, we will either replace it with another product of the same value or the product amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7-15 business days.

How do I send a defective or faulty product?

If your delivered item is potentially defective or flawed, simply send that item back to us through a registered post or any budget-friendly courier company near you.


With the help of our strong logistics team, your orders in India once shipped are typically delivered in 3-7 business days in metros and 5-8 business days for the rest of India.

Keep in mind that delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors for instance public holidays or extreme environmental conditions or any other uncontrollable factors etc.

Fully Garage’s Mobile covers, Mugs, Posters and Make Your Tee(MYT) are available in made-to-order and they will be shipped out within 5-7 business days to your doorstep after the order is placed.

Prepaid order:

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your bank account which will deliver within 24-48 hours of initiation (This is not applicable for customise product)

Track your order

You can track your order on our site once it has been dispatched from our warehouse by providing the required information of your order number and tracking number

For this support, an email and SMS will be sent to you for your order with a link.

  • Except for national holidays, orders are processed Monday –Friday. Please be aware that during the holidays, orders may take longer to process and deliver.
  • Orders cannot be sent to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
  • While orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside of the country or region in which they were placed, you can shop for Fully Garage products in any part of India.
  • Refund include total value of the returned items.Please note that delivery and COD charges will not refunded at any circumstances .
  • Customise Product - Partial Payment is made, the prepaid amount will not be returned if the order is not delivered. For reshipping, the customer must pay an additional shipping fee of 75INR.
