Orders are typically delivered to customers in 3 -10 working days.

When your order ships, it must be delivered to the address you gave when placing your order. After three attempts, the courier will return your purchase to our warehouse if you are unable to pick it up or receive it.

You can ask us to reship with additional shipping charges of your purchase with a new actual address and contact information instead of initiating a refund for RTO orders. We'll reship it on the following business day 

Returns :

Only in the event that the received item is harmed or defective does Fully Garage provide a replacement guarantee. If you want your order replaced, please get in touch with us at within three days of receiving it. We'll give you a shipping address where you may return your order. As soon as we get your returned order, Fully Garage will send out a replacement.

If a customer orders the incorrect item, we do not exchange the product.

The accuracy of the colour representation on your monitor is not something we promise. Your screen's brightness, contrast, and resolution will affect how the colour of the product appears.

If the consumer dislikes the goods or orders the wrong item, there will be no room for a return or exchange.

What prerequisites must be met for a replacement or refund?

As was previously stated, in order to be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund of any item, the customer must submit a verified unboxing video to prove their case. No claim for a replacement will be honoured without an unpacking video.

Requests for free replacements or refunds are acceptable under the following circumstances:

  • Received item has physical harm; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • Received item is lacking accessories or parts; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
  • The item got differs from what was described on the Fully product detail page;
  • Received item is flawed or malfunctioning. (You must provide a video of the unpacking or unboxing to demonstrate this.)
